6 Ramadan 1434 AH – Sleep Driving

What’s worst than sleep walking? It’s sleep driving. I sort of doze of while driving, from Likas to Putatan. So I decided to take a short nap before driving to Kimanis. That’s what I normally do on a long drive, find a nice parking and simply doze off. Have I ever told you I doze of at a traffic light intersection at 3am? That was a long time ago.

Drove back from Kimanis at around 4:15pm and reached Putatan at about 4:55pm or so, with heavy pour and strong wind. I know because the rain drop was practically perpendicular to the road, hitting left side of Bora. And with rain, and Ramadan, extreme traffic jam.

So today, wife and I decided to sungkai at Raflesia Chicken Hut. Thought of going to Singapore Chicken Rice but it was already full house. These are what we’re having;

If you wondering why it took me about 45 minutes to reach Putatan, I took the back road, the old road, less traffic, easy to overtake slow vehicle, but an extra of 2km travel.
