11 Ramadan 1434 AH – Going Italian

Heading for different taste this time, we’re trying Italian. Not Little Italy, but Pasta-Pasta. It’s a small shop at Gaya Street, serving pasta according to your own choice, for only RM6.50 per giant paper cup. Yeap. I had penne with tomato sauce beef and mushroom while wifey had penne carbonara beef and mushroom.

You might say, it’s like fast food for pasta. The menu came with three step, the pasta then sauce then toppings.

Worth to try next time. After sungkai we head back home to have a cow break…

Before ending the day, I had a coffee and tea mamak style with my Silat friend. One of them, a teacher, is transferring to Melaka in a few days.

By the way, they pronounce it correctly for Italy and Iran, but not Iraq. Why?
