Gadget Freak!

This is my old phone. I have been using it for two years plus now.

From the looks of it, you can see that I really use it a lot. I really love this phone. Now I can’t use it anymore. It got wet when I was mountain biking at Bukit Padang. It suddenly raining heavily and I forgot to bring along plastic bag to store my phone. When I got back home, the screen of my phone was fogging, and it was switched off. I tried to switch it on a few time but it won’t start. I even use blow drier to get it dry and revive it but fail. DARN! I guess I have to get a new one. So off I go to get myself a new phone. At first I was thinking to get Nokia N73 or Nokia N78.

But then again, I need to get something that also has a PDA function in it. The PDA I’m using now is a Sony Clie, which I got it back in 2004. As you can also see, I’ve been using it quite a lot also. One thing about me, I can’t seem to take good care of my stuff. No matter how much I tried, it will look like what you just see. *sigh*

After careful consideration, I got myself a Nokia E71. It has 3.2 megapixel camera, an organiser, manage email, edit office documents which I do a lot on my PDA, a GPS which I can use for my work and QWERT keypad so that I can type my blog whenever or wherever I am. How cool is that? I still need to get a hang typing SMS while I’m driving. Yeah I know its bad to do that but I can’t help it. I hope it can serve me well like my N70. Thank god I’ve backed up my N70 content on my laptop. Storing back its content into my new phone was really easy.

So instead of carrying three gadget everyday, I reduce it to two gadgets. I’m not much of Sony Ericsson fan or any other brand so I don’t really want to consider those phones. Beside that, I’m already used to Nokia’s function. Once you’re used to one type of phone, stick to it!

To my Nokia N70 and Sony Clie, they have been great! It was fun using them 😉
